Satisfaction. Your complete satisfaction is our first concern. If you're unhappy with any purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for exchange or refund less shipping and handling.
Software and licensed material are subject to a user license fee when returned.

Items ship directly from individual stores. To ensure proper exchanges and credits, items should be returned to the stores from which they shipped.

To make a return:

• Each store will provide specific return instructions with the item. Be sure to save all packing slips and other material.
• Check the packing slip for a return address and procedures.
• Obtain a return authorization number, by sending an e-mail directly to info@attf.com indicate the invoice number.
• Ship all items postage paid and insured. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except when the item is defective.
• If you are exchanging the item for another item, you may conduct this change with the store, following their instructions.
• If you are returning the item, the store will instruct Allied Enterprises to credit your credit card once your return has been received.
