To make a return:

- Items ship directly from individual stores. To ensure proper exchanges and credits, items should be returned to the stores from which they shipped.
- Each store will provide specific return instructions with the item. Some products are subject to a restocking fee.
- Ship all items postage paid and insured.
- Software can not be returned, licensed material, shipping and handling charges are not refundable,
- If you are exchanging the item for another item, you may conduct this change with the store, following their instructions.
- If you are returning the item, the store will instruct AM Products to credit your credit card once your return has been received.
